Before selecting your equipment, start by choosing your rental period and selecting a pick-up and drop-off time. You can pick up your gear the day before your shoot at no extra cost, and you’ll only be charged for the days you use it. Likewise, you can return the equipment the morning after your shoot without additional charges. For example, if your shoot is on Tuesday, you can pick up on Monday 17:00 and drop off on Wednesday morning 9:30.
2. Browse & Select Your Gear
Explore our high-quality film equipment and find the right kit for your production. Not sure what works best? Our team is happy to offer advice on the best gear for your shoot and which items work well together.
3. Request a Quote & Provide Insurance
Add your gear to the cart and request a quote. For high-value items you’ll need to fill out a rental form which you can contact us about. Additional references may be required for expensive or high-ticket items. After your request, you'll also be asked to provide proof of insurance before your pick-up dates. More details on insurance can be found below.
4. Pick Up or Get It Delivered
Choose to pick up your gear or have it delivered to your set or office. We offer flexible delivery options to fit your schedule. Just simply tick the box at the check-out and we'll get back to you as soon as possible with a cost.
5. Shoot & Return with Confidence
Our gear is professionally maintained for top performance on set. Drop off the morning after your shoot at no extra cost. Need an extension? Just let us know! For any questions, get in touch. We’re here to help.
Providing Your Own Insurance
• If you work for a production company with an existing annual policy, simply send it to us for approval.
• If you don’t have an annual policy, you can get one-off short-term insurance for your shoot.
What Your Insurance Must Cover
• It must include ‘Hired-In Equipment Cover’—other policies like public liability or own contents cover are optional and depend on your production needs.
Key Things to Check Before Purchasing
1. Correct Name & Address – The policy must be under your name or your company’s name, not a production title or client’s name.
2. Equipment Valuation – Ask us for the correct valuation to ensure full coverage.
3. Cover the Entire Rental Period – Your insurance must start from pick-up/delivery and end when the gear is returned, not just during shooting.
